Refunds & Returns
IMPORTANT PAYMENT NOTICE:
To process your payment from a bank-issued debit or credit card from the GCC, use Amazon Payment Services on the checkout page. If your bank account is outside the GCC, use Paypal checkout, which doesn't require an account.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY:
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us, or we will help you get the airway bill with a shipping fee included, or exchange it within 7 days of receipt. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the package, by contacting the NS team on WhatsApp at +962793085555 or by email at sales@nafsikaskourti.com to get full information on the return address within this timeframe to arrange a return. Please be aware that we will refuse and return any damaged or used items that do not meet our in-house quality control standards.
Any refunds, in-store credit, or exchanges will only be processed once the goods have successfully arrived and passed the quality assurance requirements. Store credit will be issued on the same day of receipt and will not include shipping fees, but will include taxes paid. Store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
For exchanges, please note that replacements may be delayed depending on stock.
An invoice will be issued for shipping the new item and any discrepancy in the cost of an exchange should a different product be selected.
Several types of items are exempt from being returned or exchanged and are considered final sales. This includes customized orders or item(s) with special requests or size amendments based on your preference and outside our standard size, style, and design, or items on sale.
For all international orders, except where the item is faulty, the customer will be required to arrange, pay, and show the airway bill for the returning shipment. It is better for both parties involved to have a tracked shipment; it is the customer’s responsibility to retain copies of all tracking information. Nafsika Skourti Co. is not liable for returned goods that are lost or damaged during transit. Returned items remain the customer's responsibility until the item is received by an employee at the Nafsika Skourti Co.’s Amman showroom.
Once we have successfully processed the refund, it may take up to 1-2 billing cycles (up to 60 working days) to reflect on your account, depending on your payment institution. Payments made through PayPal may have a shorter refund period. But there is a 5% service fee deduction on Paypal.
Please note that the original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed within the refund or in-store credit. International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable, and the customer assumes bank transfer fees during refunds.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:
To return an item, contact sales@nafsikaskourti.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, return reason, and photos. After shipping, send a trackable airway bill as proof of return. Nafsika Skourti Co. will notify you via email or WhatsApp if the return is valid or invalid. To return or exchange, securely package the item in its original packaging and contact the team to get the return address via WhatsApp +962793085555 or email us at sales@nafsikaskourti.com.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Transactions can only be canceled by the customer via email within 24 hours of placing an order. Any item requested to be canceled thereafter will have to be processed as a return with a refund to the original payment method. Customers will be notified by email when a shipment has been sent out. FAULTY ITEMS:
We pride ourselves on producing the highest quality products. On the off chance that your item is faulty when you receive it, please notify sales@nafsikaskourti.com within 7 days of receipt. If you inform Nafsika Skourti Co. after the notice period, we will assess the damages and rectify them on a case-by-case basis. Include “Faulty Item(s)” in the subject line, your order number, and pictures of the damaged item in your email. Please note that an item is only faulty if it is damaged; items that incur damage by way of wear and tear will not be deemed faulty. If the goods received are deemed faulty or damaged, we will offer to repair or replace the item. If the item is unable to be repaired or stock is unavailable, you will receive a refund or in-store credit.
ABOUT THE FOUNDERS
Nafsika Skourti is half Greek, half Jordanian. She graduated from Central Saint Martins in 2012 and worked at Marchesa in New York. She also trained in haute couture embroidery and passementerie at Ecole Lesage in Paris. Meanwhile, Stephanie Skourti, a lawyer by degree had been working at Goldman Sachs for 5 years before quitting and swapping finance for fashion in 2014.
The sisters joined forces as they set out to build something meaningful, and established the Nafsika Skourti brand out of their home in Jordan.
