SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Below you’ll find detailed information on our shipping, delivery, customs duties, taxes, and pre-orders.


SHIPPING:

We ship worldwide with DHL Express or Aramex. In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 4 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that this is an estimated timeline and may vary due to factors beyond our control. You can track your shipment to stay updated on its progress and expected delivery time.

Shipping costs range from $35 to $75, depending on your location. If you prefer to receive your order in a box, please contact us at sales@nafsikaskourti.com or via WhatsApp at +962793085555. Additional charges may apply.


DELIVERY:

When placing your order, please ensure that all billing and shipping details are accurate, as we cannot change the delivery address once the order has been processed by the courier.

Our couriers will usually contact you via SMS or email to confirm your preferred delivery time and address. Please coordinate directly with them. Orders shipped to the United States require a signature upon delivery. Once the package is signed for, responsibility for the goods transfers to you, and Nafsika Skourti Co. is no longer liable. If the signature on the receipt is not yours, please contact DHL immediately. Nafsika Skourti is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to packages.

Nafsikaskourti.com does not provide services or products to any OFAC-sanctioned countries.


CUSTOMS DUTY & TAXES:

Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your destination. Through DHL’s On Demand Delivery website (https://www.ondemand.dhl.com), you can pay any customs clearance charges online before your shipment is delivered. These charges are estimated and not included at checkout; they remain the customer's responsibility. Nafsika Skourti Co. is not liable for any additional customs-related costs, including if a delivery is rejected. Some countries may require a Resident ID number or other identification. We will request this information if needed.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY TRACKING:

      - DHL: Visit www.dhl.com, click "TRACK," and enter your 10-digit tracking number.
      - Aramex: Visit www.aramex.com, click "TRACK," and enter your 11-digit tracking number.


Delivery within Amman, Jordan:

      - Pick up your item from our studio during working hours.
      - We can arrange a CAREEM to deliver your item, with payment upon delivery.


Delivery within Dubai, United Arab Emirates:

      - Free delivery within Dubai by our driver.

PACKAGING:

We carefully wrap your item in paper, followed by clear plastic wrap, before placing it in courier flyer packaging. If you prefer different packaging, you can choose from the following options:

      - NS Box: $300.00 (Luxury box with Nafsika Skourti logo)
      - Courier Box: $150.00


PRE-ORDERS:

As a small business committed to reducing fashion’s environmental footprint, we offer and encourage pre-orders. Nafsika Skourti’s essential collections are sustainably available as made-to-order items.

When you pre-order an item, we create the garment specifically for you, which typically takes up to four weeks or more for production and delivery. Bespoke garments are also available and can be arranged by contacting sales@nafsikaskourti.com
