SS15 was corporate vs freedom, the ‘9 to 5’ collection was made up of two people, a bored man in an office who just hates it, a slave to the money machine who can’t get out -the corporate man. I translated this using a lot of references to menswear; suits, pinstripes, cuffs. The other person is more of an essence than a person - the essence of our soul. The dreams we wander into, emotion and empathy. This was reflected in the prints; spheres of unapologetic colour radiating outwards. What remains when the physical has expired.
